All orders from Two Faced Gallery + Studio are carefully packed by hand to ensure your pieces arrive safely.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund.
To request a return, contact us at info@twofacedgallery.com within that 24-hour window. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, reach out immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We aim to present all artworks with clear, accurate descriptions and images to support confident purchasing.
ORDER PROCESSING
Domestic orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding made-to-order, presale, or backordered items.
For rush requests or time-sensitive orders, contact info@twofacedgallery.com before placing your order.
U.S. SHIPPING
We ship within the United States using carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of each item.
- Standard Shipping: Arrives within 7–10 business days after dispatch
- Expedited Shipping: Arrives within 5 business days after dispatch
Shipping speed does not affect processing time.
For oversized, fragile, or crated works, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international shipping inquiries, email info@twofacedgallery.com. We’ll provide a custom quote and coordinate shipping details.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout to cover loss, theft, or damage in transit.
If insurance is declined, Two Faced Gallery + Studio is not responsible for items once they have been shipped.
DELIVERY & INSPECTION
All items should be inspected within 24 hours of delivery.
Damage or shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a claim. Keep all original packaging materials.
A delivery signature confirms receipt of the item in acceptable condition.
If damage is visible at delivery, document it with the carrier and contact us immediately.
